Taste the
quiet magic
of fresh
baked bread.

Every morning at Louis Lounge, ovens warm before dawn. We shape sourdoughs, fold butter into croissants, and select the finest groceries — all so your table feels a little more like home.

Our Story

Born from a love of
simple, honest food.

Louis Lounge began with a single conviction: that the best bread needs nothing more than time, quality flour, and a steady hand. What started as weekend baking in a home kitchen grew into a neighborhood destination on Greenwell Springs Road.

Today, we bake every morning and curate groceries the way we'd shop for our own tables — with care, intention, and a deep respect for the people who grow, raise, and craft what we sell.

What We Offer

From the oven to
your pantry

Everything we sell is chosen or made with the same standard: would we serve this to our family? If not, it doesn't make it onto our shelves.

Golden buttery croissants on a marble surface

Artisan Breads

Sourdough, ciabatta, focaccia, and seasonal loaves — all leavened naturally, baked to a crisp golden crust.

Assorted French pastries including éclairs and danishes

Pastries & Sweets

Flaky croissants, delicate éclairs, fruit tarts, and daily specials that shift with the seasons.

Curated grocery shelf with olive oils, preserves, and pantry staples

Curated Groceries

Olive oils, artisan cheeses, local honey, spices, and pantry essentials — hand-picked from trusted producers.

The Craft

Patience is our
secret ingredient.

1

Long ferments, no shortcuts

Our sourdough rests for 24 to 48 hours. That patience builds flavor, creates an open crumb, and makes the bread genuinely easier to digest.

2

Butter, folded with care

Every croissant and pain au chocolat is laminated by hand — 27 layers of French butter and dough, rolled and folded until each bite shatters cleanly.

3

Sourced, not assembled

Our grocery selection comes from small producers we know by name. We taste everything before it touches our shelves.
